Taking a break: annual leave
We start with a generous holiday allowance. As a full-time employee, you get 31 days, plus six public holidays each year. You’ll also get the chance to buy or sell holidays at the beginning of each holiday year.

We don’t want you to miss out on seeing your family, and we know that sometimes you need to balance looking after them with doing your job. We pride ourselves on caring for our people and make sure we provide a supportive working environment. Our employee assistance programme offers a free support service, including supportive counselling to help with any difficult events that may come up.
Reducing our footprint: green initiatives
We’re always trying to reduce our own environmental impact, and help our employees do the same. For example, anyone who signs up for our Ride2Work scheme can save up to 50% on the price of a new bike.

The Business Stream Awards are an opportunity to say thank you and reward those people who have really excelled in their role over the previous 12 months.
