Each member of our Senior Management Team brings something different and valuable to Business Stream.
Susan spent her early career in human resources working in a number of public sector organisations. She then spent eight years working in East of Scotland Water and Scottish Water before joining Scottish Rugby as their first HR Director. Following a year spent as the HR director of resource in Ireland, Susan joined Business Stream in May 2007.
Susan brings a wide range of organisational development, culture change and business acumen from a broad range of industry sectors. Susan also heads up responsibility for procurement and health and safety. As general manager of HR and development, Susan's focus is to create a strong employer brand where our employees feel empowered to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Derek joined Business Stream in December 2009, after more than two decades of IT and senior management experience. He was the UK technology manager at global energy company Iberdrola Group, and held several senior positions at Scottish Power before its acquisition by Iberdrola in 2007.
Derek brings to Business Stream a wealth of experience on retail utility processes in competitive markets and the challenges associated with major regulatory change programmes. Derek's role also includes responsibility for overseeing the programme of change projects necessary for achievement of the company's strategic objectives and business plan targets. A critical area of focus for Derek is to work closely with the General Managers for sales & marketing and customer experience to ensure that all staff have the right tools to do the job and can deliver exceptional customer service and correctly targeted, value-add sales for customers.
Craig joined Business Stream in June 2010 after six years as managing consultant at global consulting, technology and outsourcing firm Capgemini.
Craig brings with him more than twenty years of experience in operations and customer management, he will help make sure Business Stream’s 96,000 customers receive consistent support and the best possible service.
