If you are supplied through a 15mm or 20mm water meter, two rates apply to the volume of water that you use.

One rate will apply to the first 25m³ that you use in the financial year. The second, lower rate, applies to everything over that.

Waste water is charged on the same basis, except the first rate will apply up to 23.75m³.

If your property doesn’t have a water meter, we base your charges on your property’s rateable value.
