If you’ve ever turned on a tap and no water came out, you’ll know how annoying it can be, especially if you’ve had no warning. That’s why at Business Stream we’ll always do our best to keep you up-to-date on any interruptions to your supply.

Here are a couple of scenarios where interruptions to your water supply might occur:

Planned interruptions

Your water supply may sometimes need to be turned off to let Scottish Water carry out mains upgrades. You’ll always be notified in advance so that you can manage any impact on your business day.

Unplanned interruptions/emergencies

Although we will do our best to keep you updated, occasionally your water supply may need to be turned off without warning. Whether it’s due to an emergency or work that needs to be done, there might not be time to let you know in advance, but we’ll keep you informed of the situation as much as possible throughout.
