Manage your water bills online
What is eBilling?
eBilling means that instead of receiving your bills by post you receive notification by email then login to access and manage your water bills online. It's simple to do and if you signup today using the links opposite you receive an automatic discount of 1% off your water bill – 2.5% if you apply for direct debit at the same time.

Consolidated eBilling for multi-site customers
If your business has more than one site, eBilling can provide you with one fully-itemised bill online. If 30 or more of your sites are consolidated in this way you'll also receive a further discount. Contact us for more details to find out what discounts are available for multi-site customers using consolidated billing or view our demonstration.
Duplicate bills and HMRC records
With eBilling, you can easily download your bill at any time, producing a readable electronic copy for your records.
If you need a duplicate bill for tax and auditing purposes, eBilling complies with HMRC requirement that bills are provided in a readable format when requested. For more details see the HMRC website.

If you don't want to pay by direct debit apply online for eBilling only and receive an automatic discount of 1%.
Terms and conditions for discounts
What happens after signup?
After you have applied we will send you a username and password for you to login and access your bills. When a new bill is ready, we will send you an email notification. Simple. Our user guide to eBilling has more detail.
