When you sign up for eBilling, you’ll no longer receive paper bills. Instead, you’ll be able to view and manage your water bills online. We’ll email you each time there’s a new bill for you to view. It’s quick, easy and saves paper and time.

You’ll activate your account automatically the first time you log in to eBilling. It only takes a minute to log in. Go to the eBilling login page within seven days of signing up. Then enter your username and the password we sent you in your eBilling welcome email. Your username is usually the email address that you registered with.

*Our discounts vary as they're dependent on the water and waste water services taken. An average metered water and waste water customer will receive a discount of 1.7% from their bill if they take either eBilling or direct debit. This is based on 1% discount for metered water services and 2% discount for metered waste water services. If both eBilling and direct debit are selected the average discount of 5% is based on a 3% discount for metered water services and 6% discount for metered waste water services.
