eBilling log in advice

If you are having problems logging into your Business Stream eBilling account then our guidance below will help.

First time users

Your log-in details

After completing your sign up to eBilling, you should have received your automated username and password in your welcome email from eBilling@business-stream.co.uk.

Along with these details you will have been asked to visit https://ebilling.business-stream.co.uk/ to activate your account straight away.

When entering your automated password please be aware that it is case sensitive, so do enter it in the format given. Also be careful not to copy over any extra characters, such as blank spaces.

Logging in for the first time

The first time you log in to eBilling, you'll need to change your password. This helps keep your password secure.

You'll be directed to 'Your profile' so that you can choose your new password. Once you've changed it, we will no longer know what your password is.

Your password needs to be made up of at least eight characters with at least one number to make it secure. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Your username

Keep your username safe and secure ar all times; you are responsible for ensuring that no one else uses it. You can't change your username, as it is allocated by our system. Your username is usually your customer reference followed by an “a”. You'll receive your username in the welcome email that we sent you.

If you have more than one site with Business Stream, you can view all the eBills for all these sites under just one login. Simply email us, eBilling@business-stream.co.uk with a list of the customer references for all your sites. We'll do our verification process and let you know you once this has been set up.

If you don't have your username, please email us at eBilling@business-stream.co.uk If you do need to contact us, for security we'll need to confirm a few details with you.

Troubleshooting

Forgotten and lost passwords

If you can't find your welcome email or if you've forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgotten your password' link on the log-in page

You will be asked to enter your username and answer the security question. We’ll then send you an email with your new password.

Incorrect password

If you believe you have entered your correct password but get the incorrect password error message then you'll need to email us, eBilling@business-stream.co.uk. We'll then reset your password and send you an email with a new one. For security reasons we'll need to confirm a few details with you before we do this.

Changing your password

Passwords must be a combination of letters and numbers, as this helps to make it more secure. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.

Once you have changed your password for the first time, we will no longer know what your password is. You will not be emailed to confirm that your password has changed. To change your password, use the 'Forgotten your password' function on the eBilling log-in page.

If you are having trouble with your password email us, eBilling@business-stream.co.uk and we will supply you with a new one.
