When you sign up for eBilling, you'll no longer receive paper bills. Instead, you'll be able to view and manage your water bills online. We'll email you each time there’s a new bill for you to view. It's quick, easy and saves paper and time.
You can access your eBilling account 24/7. To login press the 'Manage your account' button located in the website's header.
Press the 'Manage your account' button to access the eBilling login page. If you're not already registered, you can also sign up from here.
To login you will need your username and password. Both of these are automatically generated and sent to you in a confirmation email after you've signed up to eBilling.
Your username is usually the email address you registered with. Remember: your password is case sensitive.
If you've forgotten your username or password, or require assistance, click 'Need help logging in?' below the login button.
The first time you login to eBilling you'll be redirected to your profile page to change your password. To do so, click 'Request changes' – this helps keep your account secure.
Once you've selected a new password, we will no longer know what it is.
Your profile contains a current record of your eBilling user details. It is important to keep this information accurate so that we can keep in touch with you.
To update any of your details (including your password), click 'Request changes'.
When choosing a new password, you should make it something memorable. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and must include both letters and numbers to ensure it's secure.
Any messages or alerts are displayed on the right hand side. These may contain helpful tips or important service announcements.
You can dismiss these by clicking the 'X' in the top-right corner.
The 'Home' tab provides you with a quick overview of your most recent eBills and your sites. If you're a multisite customer, you will see a list of your favourite sites and their locations.
Once you've changed your password as part of your first time logging in, you will always land on the Home tab.
You can navigate throughout eBilling using the five tabs running across the top. If you require any assistance, click 'Help & advice' to the right.
Your favourite sites are displayed directly on the Home tab. Click the 'View site' button for more detail, or 'View all sites' to add and remove favourite sites. You can have a maximum of 5 favourite sites.
You can view and pay your most recent eBills from the Home tab. To view the complete list, click 'View all eBills'.
Once you've completed your session, keep your account secure by clicking 'Logout'. You will then need your username and password again to log back in.
If you're a multi-site customer, you can view a complete list of your sites in the 'My sites' tab. You can also toggle your favourite sites here, which will automatically appear on the 'Home' tab.
If you're a single-site customer, you can view your site's details.
This table includes the basic information of each site. Click any site's address to view the account details, meters and eBills particular to that site.
You can add a site to your eBilling account if you notice that it's not already listed. Click 'Add existing site' and follow the instructions in the next section.
Your favourite sites will automatically appear on the Home tab. To add or remove a site from your favourites, click its corresponding star. A blue star means the site is currently one of your favourites.
If you have an existing site that is not already included in 'My sites', you can add it to your eBilling account here. Remember: it must be one that Business Stream already manage the water and waste water services for.
If you'd like to add a new site that does not yet have a customer reference, you will have to register the site with us first.
To add an existing site, you will need to enter your customer reference and water or waste water SPID (Supply Point ID). You can find these details on any recent bill for the site you'd like to add.
Click 'add a new site' to fill out the 'new account registration' form. Once your new account is up and running, you can add it to your list of sites on eBilling.
When you view a particular site you can see its details, meters and view and pay its most recent eBills. If your site is metered you can also submit a meter reading to the right of the page.
The 'Site details' table contains the name, reference number, supply and billing addresses specific to this site. Remember you can edit your site's name under 'Your reference' so it's easy to identify.
If you've not yet entered a name for this site, a message will be displayed in the top right. The name is for your reference only, so make sure it's something you can easily identify and remember.
These details are part of the market information that we hold for your sites.
If you have a water meter installed at your site, you can submit meter readings here to ensure your next eBill is as accurate as possible. The appropriate reference number will be automatically selected.

You can see a quick overview of all your bills under the 'My eBills' tab. Here you can view each eBill in greater detail, and pay if you're not signed up to direct debit.
The 'All eBills' table arranges your most recent eBills first. We've included each eBill number here for reference, and you can also click on each eBill's site to jump to the site's details.
To view the charges breakdown of any particular eBill, click 'View' to the right hand side of the table.
You can pay your eBill online using our secure service. Alternatively, sign up to direct debit to ensure your payment gets to us quickly to avoid any late payment charges.
Selecting a specific eBill will bring up its details on screen, allowing for a detailed breakdown of the charges.
Your eBill appears in the same format as a paper one and includes all the services you receive from us.
Your eBill is broken down into the charges that constitute the total bill, including water, waste water and drainage charges.
Any discounts that you've signed up for will also be highlighted.
You can pay your eBill online using our secure service. Alternatively, sign up to direct debit to avoid any late payment charges and get a bigger discount.
