For internet banking and BACS, you'll need to quote your customer reference number in the reference field. This is the seven digit number found on the top right corner of your bill.

Complete the Girobank slip attached to your bill and take the whole bill with you to the Bank or Post Office to pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Fill in the slip attached to your bill and send in the addressed envelope with a cheque – please do not send cash.
Remittances and cheques made payable to 'Business Stream' should be posted to: PO Box 17381, Edinburgh, EH12 1GT. Please ensure you quote your customer reference(s) when making a payment.
