We're moving bank accounts
Our bank account is changing. Please make sure you come with us.
Please check how you pay your water bills. The change will mean different things to different customers depending on how you pay your bill. Have a look at the table to the right to see if the way you usually pay your water bills is affected.
What to do
If you pay by online banking, BACS or CHAPS, you’ll need to change the account number and sort code you pay into to those below.
If you pay by direct debit, credit/debit card or by cheque, your payments will be unaffected, so you don’t have to do anything.
We will be closing the old bank account on 31st January 2012. After this date, payments to our old account will be rejected.
New bank details
Our bank details are as follows:
Remittances and cheques made payable to 'Business Stream' should be posted to: PO Box 17381, Edinburgh, EH12 1GT. Please ensure you quote your customer reference(s) when making a payment.
