With a water meter you only pay for the water you use. You can reduce the number of estimated bills you receive by providing us with your meter reading using the form opposite.

If you don't have a water meter you will currently receive estimated water bills. Click here for more information about applying for a water meter or for reassessment of your estimated water bills.
To submit a meter reading you will need your customer reference (shown on your water bill), name, email address and note of meter reading and date.
