In this section you'll find everything you need to manage your account details with us.

Keeping us informed

So we can bill you accurately and on time, it's important we have your details correct and up-to-date. Don't forget to check our guidance about final meter readings when moving premises or closing an account.

Before you move

Before contacting us, please have the following to hand:

  • a recent bill
  • your new and existing contact details
  • details of your new/existing billing address
  • details of the new occupier/landlord for the property you have vacated (if possible)
  • your final meter reading(s) for your old property (if it was metered) – make sure you take this on the day you move out
  • your opening meter reading(s) (if applicable) for your new property (if it is metered) – make sure you take this on the day you move in

If you are moving properties or closing your account you should inform us fourteen days before you have moved.
