To get your business connected to the public water or wastewater infrastructure, you’ll need to apply to licensed providers like us. We’ll handle your new connection application, making the process as quick and simple as we can. To do this, please download and complete the relevant form then email it back to us.
If you can submit all of your new connection application materials by email, it’ll be easier for us to process and we may be able to assess them faster. Our forms are included here as editable PDF’s, so you can send your application forms completely electronically.
