If you’ve previously applied for a new water or wastewater connection for a business property, you’ll have gone directly to Scottish Water. From now on, you‘ll need to apply to licensed providers like us.
We’ll arrange everything with Scottish Water on your behalf, making the process as quick and simple as we can.
Applications for domestic connections should still go to straight to Scottish Water, but Business Stream handle all applications for:

• connections for business properties, including any business element of a mixed development
• building water, including domestic and mixed developments, but excluding self-builds
