Be prepared

Our secure online form lets you pay your bill in just a few clicks. To save you running all over the office, here's a quick checklist of what you'll need to have to hand.

• your credit or debit card
• your customer reference number. You can find this in the top right corner of your bill
• pen and paper - to make a note of your Merchant reference and WorldPay transaction ID numbers.

How it works

• Step 1: Enter your details (contact details, customer reference number).
• Step 2: Choose your payment method. We accept debit or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro or Delta.
• Step 3: Enter your card details.
• Step 4: Wait for your online payment to be authorised for processing.
• Step 5: Finito! We'll email you to confirm that your online payment is being processed. The email will have a transaction ID number. This is your receipt.
