Our simple secure payment form offers a quick and easy way to pay your bill.

Before you get going

Please make sure you have the following items to hand when you fill out the online payment forms.

• the credit or debit card you are using to pay
• a copy of your Business Stream bill – this has your customer reference number at the top right hand side.
• a pen and piece of paper – to make a note of your Merchant reference and WorldPay transaction ID numbers.

How it works

• Step 1: Enter your details – input your contact details and customer reference number (you’ll find these on your bill).
• Step 2: Your payment method – choose how to pay. You can use a debit card (Solo, Maestro, Visa and Delta) or a credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
• Step 3: Enter card details – have your debit or credit card to hand so you can enter your details quickly.
• Step 4: Your submission – wait for your payment to be authorised for processing.
• Step 5: Confirmation – we’ll email you to confirm that your online payment is being processed and the email will have a transaction ID number as a receipt.
