Whether water is integral to your business or you just want to make your customers a cup of tea, you need a steady, reliable supply
At Business Stream, we like to keep it simple. If you have a problem, give us a call and we’ll do our best to fix it.
Call our customer response centre on 0845 602 8855 if you’ve:
- found a leak. There might be a problem with your tap or pipes. If you can’t see how to fix it yourself, call Business Stream. We’ll be happy to help you.
- got a problem with your mains water supply. Call us and we'll send someone round to fix it.
- got a burst pipe in the road outside. Please report it to Scottish Water directly on 0845 601 8855 - or call us and we’ll get in touch with them on your behalf.
Is your water off-colour?
If your water occasionally runs ‘milky’ or discoloured, don’t worry. It’s not a problem and your water supply should still be perfectly safe to drink. But if you’re at all concerned, just give us a call. We’ll be happy to help.
Scottish Water also has a useful factsheet which explains why the colour, taste or smell of your water might vary once in a while.
If your water supply develops a new smell or taste that is particularly strong, please call Scottish Water immediately on 0845 601 8855.
