Just call our customer response centre on 0845 602 8855.

• If you’ve found a leak, there may be a fault with your own taps or pipes. If you can’t see how to fix it yourself, call us and we’ll be happy to help you.
• And if you want to report a problem with the mains, call us and we'll get someone out to fix it.
• If there is a burst pipe in the road outside, please report it to Scottish Water direct on 0845 601 8855. Or call us and we’ll get in touch with them to sort it out.

Is your water off colour?

Don’t be alarmed if your water occasionally runs ‘milky’ or discoloured.

It should be perfectly safe to drink. But if you’re at all concerned, please just give us a call.

Scottish Water also has a useful factsheet (number 4) which explains why the colour, taste or smell of your water may vary once in a while.
