When you’re setting up a new business (and especially if it’s on a new site) - the sooner you contact us, the sooner we get your water and waste water account up and running. If you're moving from another property into a new one, you can let us know using our moving premises form.
What happens?
- If your property is in a new development then you’ll need to arrange to for a new connection to the mains supply – contact us and we’ll help you arrange this.
- If you’re moving into a property that already has a connection contact us and we’ll set up your account. Most properties now have a water meter so if you can take a read on the date that you move in that will help us bill you more accurately.
Once everything is complete our welcome team will set up your account.
