We try to make your bill as simple and straightforward as possible. Each bill includes a breakdown of your water use over a certain period and the payment terms and conditions.

For metered properties, bills are based on readings or estimated readings that are issued quarterly. For un-metered premises, bills are based on the property’s rateable value and are sent annually.

All charges are subject to UK tax or duty, including VAT.

Interested in saving time and paper? In March next year we'll be introducing eBilling. It will allow you to view, pay and download your water and waste water bills online at a time that suits you.
