Nobody likes bills, but we try to make ours as painless as possible by keeping them as simple and straightforward as we can.

Each bill includes a breakdown of your water and waste water charges over a certain period, as well as the payment terms and conditions.

If you've got a meter, your bills will be based on readings or estimates we'll make once a quarter. Some meters are read monthly and so will be billed then.

If you've not got a meter, they'll be based on your property's rateable value and you'll be billed once a year.

All charges on your bill are subject to UK tax or duty, including VAT.
