Free water efficiency pack

Applicants must be Business Stream customers. Only customers with a property served in Scotland can apply. Only one water efficiency pack per property or from one property within a customer group can be claimed. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your water efficiency pack.

Business Stream does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or incomplete water efficiency pack requests. Business Stream does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of function caused directly or indirectly whilst installing or after installation of your hippo or tap aerator within the water efficiency pack.

If due to circumstances beyond Business Stream’s control, the supply of your water efficiency packs cannot go ahead, your name and details will be held for future supply of a water efficiency pack. As a limited supply of water efficiency packs is available, should the supply be exhausted, your name and details will be held for future supply of a water efficiency pack.

Those involved in the supply of water efficiency packs, employees of Business Stream, their agents and relatives are not eligible for a free water efficiency pack . Supplier: Marketing Department, Business Stream, 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH.

N.B.

Please note, the hippo is suited to toilet cisterns of a 6.5 litre capacity and above. It is not suitable for use in slim line cisterns, dual-flush cisterns or cisterns with a capacity of 6 litres or less (usually installed since 1999) as these are already water efficient, you should use the short flush option where possible.

If, after inserting your hippo, you find your toilet is not flushing properly, please remove your hippo and dispose of it carefully in your rubbish, out of the reach of children and animals.

Please note, the tap aerator fits most modern taps but not all.

If, after inserting your tap aerator, you find your tap is not working properly, please remove your tap aerator and dispose of it carefully in your rubbish, out of the reach of children or animals.
