Charges 2011/12

Our charges for water and waste water services are updated on 1 April every year. They are based upon the default services, standards and maximum tariffs which are updated and published each year by the industry regulator, the Water Industry Commission for Scotland. You can see all of the 2011/12 charges [387 KB | PDF] for all of our services, so you’ll know what to expect on this year’s bill.

All charges take effect from 1 April 2011, so if your bill includes services from before then, the costs for these services will be split to charge you the appropriate rates for each financial year.
