eBilling and direct debit - save 2.5%

Pay by direct debit, and use our paperless eBilling service, and you’ll get 2.5% off your water bills.

Just complete the 2.5% bonus discount form [PDF, 327 KB]. If you already use either direct debit or eBilling you already get a 1% discount, you can get the full saving by signing up for the other.

eBilling only - save 1%

If you use eBilling (our paperless billing service) for consolidated bills across multiple sites, you’ll you’ll also get a saving.

Direct debit only - save 1%

Paying by direct debit, will get you a 1% saving. Add eBilling for an extra 2.5% bonus discount [PDF, 327 KB]

Quick payment and advanced payment - save up to 4%

Agree to pay your water bills within a set time of them being issued and we’ll give you a discount. Paying annually in advance earns a 4% discount.

Extended and long-term contracts

We like it when customers want to stay with us. So we’ll give you a discount if you sign up to a supply contract for one year or more.

Group discounts

If you’re part of a trade association or another group which handles bulk purchasing for its members, talk to us about buying group discounts.

And there are special discount arrangements to reflect the needs of public sector customers.
