If you opt to pay us by direct debit, we’ll give you up to 2%* discount off your water and waste water bills.

If you already get your bills through eBilling, you can get the full discount by signing up for direct debit.

Why direct debit?

Direct debit allows you to:

• spread the cost of your water charges
• choose a payment date that suits you (1st, 7th, 15th, 21st or 28th of the month)
• stop having to remember to write cheques, and concentrate on more productive things.
