Make a long-term commitment to us and we’ll reward you with lower water charges.

• If you sign up for a supply contract of one year or more, you’ll save up to 5% on your water charges, depending on how much water you use. You can increase this figure by selecting different payment and billing options.
• If you’d prefer to sign up to a rolling one-year contract, then decide to extend for a further two or three years, we’ll offer you discounts for the second and third years.

Extending your contract

At the point that you sign up you have the option to extend the length of the contract for a further year when it ends. However, your discount will be based on the terms of the initial contract term.

So for example a contract term of two years with the option to extend for a further year will have a contract term discount applied in the same way as a two year contract.

We will also consider before the end of your existing supply contract an extension to the term with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged, providing the discount agreed at the start is still available when we agree the extension.
