Signed up for an extended contract? If you commit to paying your bills within a set time from when it’s issued, you can save even more.
Quick payment = more discount
If we can be sure of payment times, it helps us manage our cashflow better. So if you agree to pay your water bill within a certain time, or in advance, we’ll make it worth your while.
Save by paying within a set time
Agree to pay your water bills within 7, 14, 21 or 28 days of them being issued – the shorter the period, the bigger your saving. How much you stand to save depends on your water use.

Save by paying in advance
If you decide you want to pay your estimated water and waste water charges for the next 12 months in advance, we’ll thank you with a 4% discount.
We’ll look back at your water use after six and 12 months, and reconcile what you’ve paid with your actual use.
At the six-month mark, if we find we’ve either under- or over-estimated your water bill by 5% or more, we’ll make a credit or ask for a further payment. That’s to make sure there are no surprises at the end of the year.
