We offer a range of customer services to your business including safely dealing with your waste water and here is how we do it.

Step 1: Your Business

Your waste water goes down drains to the sewers and is piped to treatment works. Drainage water from roads and buildings is also processed, as well as industrial waste water.

Did you know there are 17,580 miles of sewer pipes in Scotland? That’s nearly enough to go from Perth, Scotland to Perth, Australia and back again.

Step 2: Treatment Works

Here it is filtered, strained and thoroughly cleaned. The filtration standards in Scotland are extremely strict so waste treatment is a more expensive process than water treatment.

Step 3: Rivers/ Oceans

The environmentally safe water is returned to nature where it becomes part of the natural process again.
