If you decide to apply for reassessment Scottish Water will survey for a meter installation as the preference is to get a meter installed at all properties. If they can install a meter they will, if some pipework alteration is required they may provide a contribution towards work required to allow the installation.
If a meter cannot be installed a Scottish Water will provide an assessed charge based on your individual circumstances and this is indicated in the reassessment calculator.
