How to apply

To apply for a water meter, you should consider a reassessment of your charges first. You could save money and get a free water meter that way.

If you've checked our reassessment calculator and worked out that it doesn't suit your business then you'll need to fill out an application form to apply for a meter survey. The survey is to check that your property is suitable for a water meter. For more details, take a look at our guidance on applying for a water meter.

You’ll need to pay for your survey before sending your application. You can pay online using our secure payment system. The fee for the survey is £85.38 + VAT.

What happens next?

Once you’ve made your payment, email your form as an attachment to meters@business-stream.co.uk. We’ll be in touch for the next steps.
