Who we serve
As our name suggests, we focus entirely on business customers. That includes public sector and third sector organisations, as well as industrial and commercial operations.
We don’t supply households – domestic water is supplied by Scottish Water.
Where we fit
Since 2008, the business water market in Scotland has been a competitive one. We’re the leading supplier in that market.
As a retailer, we’re separate from Scottish Water – the wholesale water supplier – but we work closely with them to meet customers’ needs.
