Our online smart metering services help you:

  • get a clearer idea of how much water you use, and when.
  • identify opportunities to reduce waste.
  • warn you of low or high flow in your area.

 

Log into your account

We currently have two smart metering servers, and you’ll need to log into the right one below to use the service.
We should have told you which one to use, but if you’re unsure, please contact your relationship manager. You can either phone 0845 602 8855 and ask to speak to them directly, or email customer.service@business-stream.co.uk with your account details.
