Our aim is to help customers understand their water use, save money and protect the environment.

About the role

It's an exciting time here at Business Stream as our business is growing. As we go from strength to strength, we are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Team and take responsibility for;

  • Primarily inbound customer calls to resolve queries at the first point of contact
  • Providing excellent customer service by giving the customer accurate and consistent information
  • Identifying if the customer requires additional information or service from one of our other teams
  • Meeting Data Protection requirements by achieving specified quality levels on every call
  • Working with your colleagues to meet business KPI's

What we are looking for?

  • Ideally you'll have experience in a contact centre environment, this is not essential although high customer service standards is a must
  • A motivated team player with a strong understanding of how to enhance and manage a customer's experience in order to gain a positive outcome to the customers enquiry
  • You should be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • You should be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills, which are essential.
