Business Stream’s new mobile App
Helping our customers to manage their account on the go

A key focus for us in recent years has been to develop and build on our digital capabilities to further enhance the service we provide to our customers. In the past year alone we have launched our new website, introduced virtual assistant to deal with customer queries and upgraded our telephony system. The next obvious step for us, supported by customer research, was to introduce a mobile App that would enable our customers to manage their account when and where suits them.
I’m delighted to say that our App is now live, allowing customers to process payments; view previous bills; submit meter readings; and amend details of their site or premises in a few simple steps.
We know that customers want a service that is quick, accurate and easy to use – and the App is the latest in our digital capabilities that helps deliver on this expectation. Going forward, we will be building on the early success of the App by introducing exciting new features and services, which will provide even greater benefits to customers – so watch this space!
