Your training will start as soon as you join us with a bespoke induction programme, where you’ll find out more about what we do at Business Stream and how we can help you contribute to our success.
Then, as part of your own personal development, you’ll benefit from our wider learning and development programme, Knowledge Stream.
Working with your manager, you’ll create the development plan that’s right for you. This will ensure you get the training you need to succeed in your role and put you in a good position to go for other roles that may come up. Making sure that you have the tools to do the job will help us in the long term.
Looking for leaders: management training
Talent Stream is our own bespoke management development programme, and a great opportunity for people who want to move into a management role. Employees can nominate themselves for the course, and we will select a number of people from across the business, who we believe will make great leaders.
