5 big things for 5 years

This month we’re celebrating our fifth birthday so we thought we’d take the opportunity to celebrate five things we’ve delivered for our customers.

1. We’ve worked hard to improve our service and the results are showing that we’re succeeding. Customer satisfaction has increased by over 11% in the last 5 years.

2. Our eBilling system allows our customers to view their bills and update their account details online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3. We’ve increased our range of service from 6 to over 60, most of those new services help customers use less water. So far our customers have saved £19m, that’s equivalent to 12,000 tonnes of CO2. Our customer case studies explain how we achieved this.

4. We’ve launched our innovative gainshare model helping businesses access savings from water efficiency. Glasgow City Council are on track to save £1.3m.

5. Our new winter alert service will help our customers beat the freeze, helping them prevent burst and leaks.

But we know we need to do more so over the next 5 years we’ll be focusing on launching innovative new services whilst delivering the best possible customer service. We can’t wait!
