The cost of paper copies

As of 29 April 2011, we’ll charge £5 +VAT for copies of individual bills and £10 +VAT for statements of accounts. But with eBilling, you can access your bills at any time, without paying a penny.

With Business Stream’s eBilling service, you can view, print and save all of your water and waste water bills online, whenever it’s convenient for you. When you sign up for eBilling, there’s no need to request paper copies of bills or statement of accounts – you can access your entire bill history online any time.

With this in mind, and to make our billing more cost effective and environmentally friendly, as of 29 April 2011, we’ll charge £5 +VAT for copies of individual bills and £10 +VAT statements of accounts. If you request one of these, we’ll remind you of the charge. If you’d still prefer a paper copy, it will be added to your next bill.

If you haven’t already signed up for eBilling, you can sign up online – and if you sign up to pay by direct debit as well, you’ll even get a 5% discount on your water bills!
