We’ve updated our meter reading schedule, which may impact the timing of your next water and waste water bill.
To make our processes as efficient as possible, we’ve re-organised our water meter reading schedule. Going forward, our water meters will be read in sequence against individual post codes and GPS meter co-ordinates, using state of the art technology.
For customers with a water meter, this doesn’t affect your billing cycle (we’ll still bill you quarterly based on your usage) but it may affect the timing of your next bill. It may arrive sooner or later than it has done in the past and is still due and payable immediately.
Updating our schedule in this way helps us send you more timely and accurate bills. We’re working to minimise any impact on our customers, and we have a number of payment and billing options available.
