Public sector and third sector framework agreement
The Scottish Ministers, through Scottish Procurement, formally awarded the framework agreement to supply water and waste water services to the whole of the public and third sector to Business Stream.
From 1 April 2011, public bodies including Scottish public bodies and Scottish third sector bodies that have signed an agency agreement with Scottish Procurement are eligible for discounts on their water and waste water charges and, in certain situations, access to automated meter reading (AMR) data free of charge.
Terms and conditions
There are terms and conditions for supplying water and sewerage services to public sector customers under the Scottish Procurement framework agreement. There are also separate terms and conditions for the provision of our added value services.
