Enter the first 7 (black on white) digits from your meter. To find out where your meter is located, please check your water bill. You’ll usually find this information in the bottom left corner of the second page. Some meters will be within the building but most are outside.
You will find a small square lid on the meter. Lift this up and the dials should be facing you. You can then take a reading.
