Ways to pay - Payment by phone, credit card, debit card or direct debit

Bills aren't fun. Well… unless you make them into a paper aeroplane.

Paying bills might not be the most exciting part of your job, but at Business Stream we try to make it as quick and easy as possible.

There are a number of ways you can pay:

Online

You can use our secure site to pay your bill instantly by credit or debit card.

Direct debit

If you'd like to set up a direct debit, give us a call on 0845 602 8855 and we'll arrange it for you. Or you can download and complete the instruction form [169.5 KB | PDF]. Remember you can benefit from a discount if you sign up to a supply contract and pay by Direct Debit.

Credit or debit card

Use our secure online payment service or call our customer response centre on 0845 602 8855. They're there from 8am to 6pm.

Internet banking

For internet banking, you'll need to quote your customer reference number in the reference field. This is the seven digit number found on the top right corner of your bill.

BACS

If you're paying by BACS please use the bank account details above.

Girobank

Simply fill in the slip on your bill. That's all there is to it.

Bank

Fill in the payment slip attached to your bill. Cash or cheque - either is fine.

Post Office

Fill in the slip attached to your bill and take the whole bill with you to the Post Office. Again, you can use cash or cheque.
