Ways to pay - Payment by phone, credit card, debit card or direct debit

Paying your bills couldn’t be easier. You can make a payment in one simple phone call, or by credit or debit card. Alternatively, paying by direct debit means you won’t have to worry about settling your account.

Direct debit: If you’d like to set up a direct debit, call us on 0845 602 8855 and we’ll arrange it for you. Or you can download and complete the instruction form [ 169.5 KB | PDF ].

Credit or debit card: Use our secure online payment service at a time that suits you or call our customer response centre on 0845 602 8855, 8am - 6pm.

Internet banking: You can also use your internet banking to pay your bill. You'll need to quote your customer
reference number in the reference field, this is the seven digit number found on the top right hand side of your bill.

Girobank: If you have an account, simply fill in the slip on your bill.

Bank: By cash or cheque; fill in the payment slip attached to your bill.

Post Office: By cash or cheque; again fill in the slip attached and take the whole bill with you to the Post Office.

Post: Fill in the slip attached to your bill.
