What happens next?

Once you’ve downloaded and completed the form, email it back to us for the quickest response: tradeeffluent@business-stream.co.uk Or you can post it to Trade Effluent, Business Stream, 7 Lochside View, Edinburgh EH12 9DH.

We’ll process your application as quickly as possible. Your consent will be issued to you directly by Scottish Water.
