Business Stream report commissioned by SPSO.

SPSO (our Ombudsman) has issued a report relating to Business Stream. You can find out more and read the report on the SPSO’s website. We’re working hard to get it right for all of our customers all of the time, but we didn’t achieve that in this particular case. We’ve apologised to the customer and have already implemented many of the recommendations made by SPSO.
