Information about your trade effluent bill

To make your bills easier to manage, we’ll soon be moving your trade effluent charges onto the same bill as your other water and/or waste water charges.

What's changing?

You currently receive your trade effluent charges on a separate bill to your water and/or waste water services but you’ll soon receive one simple bill covering all of your charges together.

This means making managing your business water easier and quicker.

Direct Debit

If your regular Direct Debit payment date falls during the time we’re transferring your account to our new billing system, you may experience a slight delay in that payment being taken.
