Information about your trade effluent bill

To make your bills easier to manage, we’ll soon be moving your trade effluent charges onto the same bill as your other water and/or waste water charges.

What's changing?

You currently receive your trade effluent charges on a separate bill to your water and/or waste water services but you’ll soon receive one simple bill covering all of your charges together – making managing your business water effortless.

If you already have a Direct Debit set up to pay at least one of your services, this will now automatically cover all of your chargeable services. We’ll send you confirmation of your new Direct Debit schedule in advance of any future payments.
