Here's to a seamless transition

Dear Yorkshire Water Business Services customer,

As you’ll know, Yorkshire Water Business Services will no longer be working directly with business customers from 1 October – and we are delighted they have chosen us to take up the mantle.

This means your water and wastewater services will transfer over to Business Stream – the UK’s most experienced water retailer – on 1 October 2019.

Our immediate goal is to demonstrate to you that Business Stream always strives to do the right thing for our customers, people, environment and the communities in which we operate.

New provider, same outstanding service

From 1 October, your water bills will come from Business Stream.

The amount you pay and when you pay will remain exactly the same. If you currently pay by Direct Debit, this will be automatically transferred for you. If you pay by another
method, we’ll provide you with our bank account details nearer the time.

To make your transition as seamless as possible, we’ve retained the same excellent customer service team you enjoy now. So you’ll receive exactly the same great service and hear the same friendly voices for at least the first year.

On behalf of myself and my whole team, we’re very much looking forward to welcoming you on board on 1 October. We’re confident we’ll deliver for you and your business.
