About the role
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Analyst to support the promotion of Intelligent Water Management (IWM) and Solutions opportunities within the Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data visualisation, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a crucial role in assisting our Solutions, Sales, and Marketing teams by transforming complex data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
A key responsibility of this role is to analyse data to identify solutions opportunities for our customers. This will include looking at how we enhance existing reporting capabilities and analyse customer water consumption data from multiple sources to proactively identify:
- Water Efficiency opportunities for our Solutions and Sales teams
- Excessive or high usage
- Potential leakage
- Unusual or inconsistent consumption patterns
Based on these insights, you will provide actionable recommendations for remedial activities, such as high consumption investigations, water audits, and targeted leakage detection and resolution directly to our Sales team to support Customer conversations and proposals.
What we are looking for
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills, ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Technical ability: -
- Understanding of databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Business Objects or Tableau.
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint and Excel.
