Think your bill is too high?

Quite often we find that customers understand what their bill is saying, they just don't understand why it's so high. If you think your bill is too high, it's best to check our High Consumption Checklist to make sure that you've checked some of the most common causes of a high bill.

Your bill could be based on an estimate, or you could have a leak - there are lots of reasons a bill could be higher than expected. Check the list first, before getting in touch.
