An award-winning season for Business Stream

Leading UK water retailer, Business Stream, has picked up six awards at two national industry events.

The Edinburgh headquartered firm picked up two accolades at the UK Digital Experience Awards, which took place at a glittering ceremony in Wembley Arena on 22 November.  Business Stream was successful in the Business Transformation category and the Omni-Channel Experience category, which it entered in partnership with Capgemini, a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. 

Business Stream was recognised for its investment in strengthening and improving its digital customer service offering, designed to manage and deal with customer enquiries more efficiently and offer customers greater channel choice.

The recent wins follow a successful haul at the UK Customer Experience Awards where Business Stream was again awarded for its improvements to customer service.  Having been nominated for seven awards, the organisation was triumphant in four - Customer Centric Culture, Business Change, Insight and Feedback and Utilities.
