Business Stream has been nominated in all seven of the categories it entered at the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards. The awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across all sectors, with previous winners including companies such as Microsoft, Barclays and Direct Line.

The Awards will take place on the 28th September 2017 in London.

Ian Golding, Chair of the shortlisting panel and global CX consultant, said: “Many people recognise these awards as amongst the toughest to win. As a judge every year since the inception of these awards in 2010, I can vouch that the scoring is rigorous; the entries always of a high standard; and the judges are always tough. Being a finalist means a great deal and being a winner means they really achieved something great”

Jo Mayes, Business Stream’s Customer Operations Director, said: “It is fantastic that the results we’ve delivered are being recognised. Our vision at Business Stream is to provide a market leading customer experience and we’ve made some significant strides in this area over the past year. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of everyone across the business. I am extremely proud of what we have achieved.”

The seven categories entered covered a wide range of areas including customer experience, digital innovation and insight and feedback.
