Job description:
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and curious Change Analyst to join our Business Change & Continuous Improvement Team. You will lead the assessment and validation of change requests, support project delivery teams, and take ownership of business readiness activities - ensuring colleagues are informed, trained and fully prepared for upcoming changes across people, processes, systems and data. You’ll play a key role in benefits identification and post‑implementation reviews, tracking success and embedding learning across the organisation.
A typical week might involve facilitating workshops, mapping business processes, conducting impact assessments, delivering training sessions, partnering with senior stakeholders, and supporting cross‑functional project teams to deliver continuous improvement.
If you enjoy analysing problems, challenging the status quo, working collaboratively, and helping teams move confidently through change, this is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable difference.
About you
