Interview
Our Recruitment team will call you to arrange a suitable interview time, this will most likely be a face to face meeting at our Edinburgh office however occasionally the Hiring Manager will request a first stage Teams Video call to chat through your CV and get to know you better.
Our interviews are planned so that we can get to know you better and really understand the skills and experience you have against the requirements of the role. There will also be some competency questions so we can assess your skills.
We’ll get back to you after the interview and let you know the outcome once all interviews have taken place, this can sometimes take a couple of weeks.

Prepare real life examples using the STAR method so you’re prepared for the competency questions
