Call and pay
Our new automated system lets you call us to make a payment over the phone by credit or debit card, call us on 0330 123 2000
Internet Banking and BACS
Remember to quote your customer reference when you pay us by Internet Banking or BACS (you’ll find this seven digit number in the top right corner of your bill). If you’re paying multiple accounts, you need to provide us with remittance, you can do this here.

Bank or Cheque
Complete the Girobank slip attached to your bill and take the whole bill with you to the Bank to pay by bank transfer, cash or cheque.

What if you don’t pay?
We can usually work out a way of getting your water account back on track – as long as you work with us.
If customers don’t pay their bills or make a suitable payment arrangement, after we have reminded them to pay, our terms and conditions state we can charge interest. However, we don’t apply this condition and instead apply a charge to cover the cost of the activities we carry out to recover this payment.
Our reminder letters will inform you in advance of these charges and give you plenty of time to pay your outstanding bills or make a payment arrangement before any additional charges are applied.
